These values (as well as some others, for example, the maximum temperature), now called Planck and considered marginal for our world, that is, space and time have minimum servings; progress time and movement in space is not continuous, but stepwise. After all, in principle can not be divided that has the shortest length of 1,6 x10 m. Thus, matter, space, time and motion is not continuous (continual) and quantized (discrete, a la carte).
